Ashley Greene, who is best known for playing vampire Alice Cullen in the Twilight Saga, is taking her talents to the Metaverse. Fridgits, a new NFT venture, was created by the actress with her husband Paul Khoury and a group of female entrepreneurs.

Fridgits is the first food-themed NFT to live on the Ethereum network, featuring 20 ingredient-illustrated characters. Fridgits hopes to bridge the gap between the food business and web3 integration as part of the Metaverse marketplace. Unlike several NFTs, this game-changing concept is built around categories rather than individual goods.

“I was initially introduced to the world of crypto, blockchain and NFTs by my husband Paul,” Greene exclusively told Us Weekly on Monday, February 21. “At first, it was a lot to wrap my head around, but when I started to understand the safety and accountability the blockchain offered, as well as the possibilities of the Metaverse, I was hooked. It’s definitely a bit foreign to a lot of people but so was the internet at first.”

Greene received inspiration for Fridgits from her examination of other minted innovations as an NFT collector. “We all like a mystery, exciting, game-like concept,” she noted, “therefore you’ll see that impact in Fridgits.” “We wanted to develop a project that is continuously increasing and gratifying to our collectors. ” Our Fridgits community benefits when we win.”
