Because to a new partnership between Nifty Tailor and Smart Token Labs, holders of BAYC and MAYC can now build customized NFT derivatives.
Owners of bored Apes and Mutant Apes can dress up their original Apes to give them a new look as an NFT variant. The Ape that results will be part of the world’s first on-chain verified derivative collection.
Only BAYC and MAYC holders will be able to purchase the Nifty Tailor Genesis Mint. More popular NFT collections will be able to mint customised NFTs in the future.
There will only be 2500 mint passes available for the Genesis mint. Each mint pass enables the holder to mint one NFT derivative. Each wallet may contain up to 50 mint passes, and each Ape may have up to ten mint passes. As a result, a greater number of individuals will have access to the chance.
In Nifty Tailor’s “The Suit-Up Event,” minting a derivative destroys the mint pass.
Smart Token Labs (STL) and Nifty Tailor have collaborated on the development of “smart derivatives.” STL’s Token Script design enables the minting of derivative NFTs. This approach provides for the comprehensive validation of the chain’s BAYC and MAYC variants.
With the release of its personalised Apes, Nifty Tailor has positioned themselves as a real Web3 fashion pioneer.
Nifty Tailor started as a pastime for two friends who had just joined the Bored Ape Yacht Club. Its fashion website offers ready-to-wear ensembles for 29 different NFT collections. It enables NFT owners to dress their NFTs in a variety of clothes.
The Nifty Tailor Genesis Mint will give earning opportunities for Bored Ape and Mutant Ape owners.
