BIRDIE SHOT, a BORA 2.0 onboarding project, is the first NFT issue of Kakao Friends IP

BORANETWORK (CEO Gyehan Song) said that on April 25 and 26, the first NFT based on Kakao Friends intellectual property rights in the casual golf game ‘BIRDIE SHOT Enjoy & Earn,’ developed by METABORA, a subsidiary of Kakao Games, will be accessible for two days on BORA Portal.

To begin, on April 25th, 200 of 1,000 NFTs will be sold to the ‘Whitelist,’ with pre-orders accepted. The next day, on the 26th, 800 NFTs will be made available to the ‘Public,’ on a first-come, first-served basis. From 8 p.m. to 12 p.m. (UTC +9) on the 25th and 26th (UTC +9), customers may purchase the NFT for two days through the BORA Portal.

When the targeted number is gone, BORANETWORK will airdrop (gift) ‘1,000 tBORA’ to a single lucky winner. Additionally, holders of three or more BIRDIE SHOT NFTs will get ‘200 tBORA.’

Simultaneously, METABORA wants to provide future character NFT holders with BIRDIE Token airdrops at game launch, Whitelist privileges while issuing golf course NFT, and partnership benefits with Kakao VX, which is in the golf sector.

‘BIRDIE SHOT’ is a blockchain game comparable to ‘Friends Shot: Golf for All’ in Korea. It’s a free-to-play golf game in which you create your own golf team and compete against people from across the world on golf courses. Users may gain CON, the game currency, by defeating other users, which they can then sell for tokens and profit from through the BORA Portal. They may trade their characters for NFTs in order to play the ‘Enjoy & Earn’ game.

Additionally, the brand page and the BORA Portal website provide information on the game and the ‘BIRDIE SHOT’ NFT minting event.
