Diesel, an Italian fashion label, is introducing “phygital” NFT wearables today as part of their D: Verse range, which examines NFTs and the metaverse. They seek to break down the boundaries that exist between physical and digital interactions.
D: Verse NFT Collection
Diesel’s D: Verse NFT collection will be available for purchase to the general public today, March 12th, at 6 p.m. CET (their pre-sale has been completed). They are the market’s most recent significant fashion house to arrive. The Diesel NFT Community is accessible to NFTS holders. Receive limited edition clothing and metaverse-ready accessories, as well as first-hand access to the upcoming Fashion Show through invitations or VIP access.
Customers may now use a credit card to purchase NFTs from Diesel. Users may choose between two minting options. First, use a credit card or cryptocurrency on the Diesel NFT website to avoid paying for gas. Alternatively, Rarible includes a bitcoin and gas fee. Several new financial technologies (NFTs) will be introduced: D: Prototype-CR (sneakers), D: Puffer (puffer jacket), and D: Fur (fur coat) are all D: Prototype-CR instances (fur jacket). Each NFT comes with Diesel IRL fashion show invites, clothing for your metaverse avatar, and a genuine product for the particular NFT.
The collection is small, with the D: Prototype-CR limited to 555 pieces, the D: Puffer limited to 55, and the D: Fur being a one-of-one.
Furthermore, as a consequence of their well-known brand, Diesel’s NFT community has grown. They have around 6,500 Discord members, but no dedicated Twitter account for their NFT collection.
Diesel’s History
Diesel is an Italian fashion business based in Breganze. They sell denim, footwear, accessories, and a range of other clothing items. They are a massive fashion corporation that was started in 1978. L’Oréal owns and manufactures its fragrance brand, thus they are also entering the smell sector. Their US corporation, on the other hand, declared Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2019. The petition does not include the parent business, Diesel SPA.
