The original meme was actually an NFT which listed on Zora marketplace.

28- year- old Eva Beylin created this NFT.
The time that Elon Musk tweeted this image on Tweeter, Beylin listed it for sale.
After two days, the NFT was sold to an unknown purchaser for $20,00471. Additionally, the purchaser listed the NFT for sale again for 277, 774,54 USD. Later, this NFT has received another offer for 277,774.54 USD.
If Beylin sells this NFT, he will receive 15% in royalty fees.
However, the creator of the original picture remains anonymous, making this question; if Beylin’s ‘Love in the time of Web3’ meme violates any copyright rules.
