AirDrop NFT officially started with the Fang Gang’s Christmas theme, 12 Days of Fangmas. From December 12 to 23, NFT holders will have 12 opening gifts, every day a different gift. The problem is that they can just ask for and open one.
As stated by the team, their major motivation is to hold a meaningful and comprehensive event for this season. So, they collaborated with talented artists in the NFT world to give their owners something unique.
The airDrop was designed to push for scarcity and motivate the community. However, scarcity is one of the key criteria in valuing NFTs, particularly for airdrops. Plus, the excitement of NFT multiplication without knowing what you will receive. Thus fans have to choose sensibly.
So, what exactly occurs when you select NFT? First, you cannot open the surprise until the end of the day. After that, The network mint the NFTs and send them to the respective wallets. The other good news is that there are no gas fees, due to the Polygon blockchain.
