Galatasaray, Turkey’s top sports club, have entered NFTs via their financial support with Bitget. Bitget will engage with their football teams and basketball team and will be displayed on several platforms and media assets. The companies are a crypto exchange, which states they are a copy trading platform and secondary exchange. Plus their contracts with Galatasaray, they collaborate with Team Spirit (eSports), Juventus (football), and PGL (eSports).
A sponsorship deal between Galatasaray, Turkey’s leading sports club, and Bitget, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, has now been completed. This mutually beneficial relationship provides the crypto exchange to use the popular sports team to build brand perception. While allowing sports fans and crypto supporters to be informed about the successful crypto space. Additionally, the sponsorship deal with Galatasaray will allow Bitget to be introduced on various platforms and media assets across Turkish sports great’s football and basketball team. The deal came after Betget’s last interaction with well-known Italian football club, Juventus.
Galatasaray is the most famous football club in Turkey and has been cooperating with Capital sports media for the previous year. In October 2021, Capital Block, the NFT division of Capital Sports Media, recommended Galatasaray about its initial NFT ‘drop’. This presented Ali Sami Yen NFTs and sold out in just 59 seconds.
