On February 1, the auction of Lamborghini’s initial five Space Time Memory NFTs was held live. Appealingly, the NFTs have a physical element under space key name.
Lamborghini seems to have taken the phrase “to the moon” exactly, with its new space-themed artwork that includes the NFT project. To illustrate, the artwork is made from a high-technology carbon fiber composite material which Lamborghini sent to the International Space Station (ISS) in 2019 for research. Presently, this carbon fiber is part of the space key after coming back from space and moving through all important tests for the company’s research project. It should be noted that Space Key has a unique QR code, which connects to the NFT. A total of five of these keys were made, adding the same number of NFTs to be minted.

Stephan Winkelmann, CEO of Automobili Lamborghini, states: “As a leading company in the field of carbon fiber composite materials in the automotive sector, we pushed boundaries with a joint space research project. Presently, stepping in metaverse is again proof that Lamborghini is moving towards new horizons all the time. The NFT space has called us. And we are eager to be involved with this very passionate and creative community.”
Lamborghini has cooperated with NFT PRO for its recent NFT series.
