The famous Youtuber and unbeaten professional boxer is no new to the NFT industry.
The first filing, called “Originals by Logan Paul,” was submitted under the NFT category. It includes “downloadable photographs, artwork, art reproductions, digital art files and image files, and videos that have been authenticated by non-fungible tokens,” as well as videos that have been verified.
Trademark “ORIGINALS DAO” is the second filing that was included in the Global Brand Database’s initial regulatory registration. According to the YouTuber, he plans to create a system where users may network, make work agreements and receive payments, transfer and stake bitcoin tokens, vote on community initiatives, participate in a DAO.
Paul has not commented on the filings. In January, he sold The Sandbox one of his “World of Women” NFTs for 200 ETH. The sale instantly sold the whole NFT collection, which had risen from 1.77 ETH in December to 2.94 ETH. It’s yet unclear how The Sandbox will profit from the deal.
