There are plans to design the event so that everyone is comfortable and safe. It is an indoor & outdoor venue allowing us to be compliant with all Ministry of Health requirements.

Generally, if you purchased a 2022 Attendee Ticket:
1. If COVID-19 restrictions do not allow us to have a physical event. You receive a full refund (excluding the Eventbrite service fee). All tickets are refundable until May 31, 2022.
2. If COVID-19 restrictions limit us to the number of people at our physical venue. Tickets will first be issued to speakers, sponsors, and onsite support staff. We plan to have speakers present on our main stage and stream the sessions online. You will be notified and will a receive full refund (excluding the Eventbrite service fee).
