NFT marketplace Hot Drops raises $2.4M in seed round

NFT marketplace Hot Drops revealed the release of its platform after raising over $2.4 million in initial funding. This is the initial comprehensive marketplace which offers mainstream and adult NFTs to exist securely on one platform.

Hot Drops is a women-led platform which plans to provide solutions to problems which have long disturbed the adult entertainment industry. In addition, it will be a head in defending young people who want access to adult content.

In a few months, Hot Drops will release a two-way marketplace as well. This allows users to purchase, sell, and rent creator content. In addition, the platform allows content creators to get royalties from their content for the first time too, even after retirement.

The initial twelve creators on Hot Drops, named the Dirty Dozen, represent stars with a total of over 30 million followers. These creators include Dani Daniels, Brandi Love, Cherie Deville, Allison Tyler, and Elsa Jane.

Users can access a Hot Drops’s collectible, that currently retails for $29.99, for a limited time. Next, the price rises to $99.99. This pass gives buyers early entry to NFT drops. Besides, they will achieve a 10% discount on content for one year.

The initial collection of content creator drops will go on sale in mid-April. After that, series’ will be downloaded every week by various creators on the Hot Drops platform.
