Olympic Skateboarding Champion is releasing his NFT

Olympic’s first-ever champion Yuto Horigome is a 22-year-old professional Japanese skateboarder who won the gold medal in the inaugural Olympic men’s street event at 2020 Olympic. He is the first person ever to win a gold medal in Olympic skateboarding. Earlier he was named ” Skater of the Year” at the Japan Sports Awards in 2017-18.

The gold medalist is releasing his NFT collection titled “The Golden 22” in partnership with FWENCLUB. It is a new collectible creation platform.

The collection has been created from the young skateboarder’ figures which were taken when he was performing his signature trick and a historical move. His NFT is a digital sculpture of his trick that helped him to win the Olympic gold medal.

He said “Age 22 was the best year of my life so far, to celebrate it I’m teaming with FWENCLUB to release my first NFT.” His NFT will be released and sold from 11th January for five days. It will be available on FWENCLUB.
