British-born artist Gareth Gabriel has recreated the British city of Norwich using NFT photos. The NFT photographer collection contains images of the city he captured in 2019. In addition, the series highlights the best parts of Norwich and depicts the spirit of the city.
This is Gabriel’s first attempt to enter the NFT space. It captures memorable moments and locals from the bustling city of Norwich, and captivates people in their daily lives.
Garth Gabriel worked as photographer for more than ten years, changing into NFTs after seeing the success of the Beeple artist. As a result, he aims to create a similar mark on the world with his Norwich-inspired NFT series.
Similar to other artists and creators, Gabriel is excited about NFTs, and sees the artistic media as a force which will shock the mainstream, and also competes with major Internet platforms like Facebook. He stated:
“I think NFTs will be a part of everyday life, so it’s exciting to be part of the early stages of Web 3.0.”
Therefore, Gareth Gabriel has high anticipation for NFTs in the future and is eager to be at the face of acceptance. Gareth Gabriel’s series is a great example of NFT compatibility. Likewise, photographing real-life locations via NFT technology is a good idea. Hence, it should be taken more as a use case.
