OpenSea is the largest game-changing decentralized marketplace to buy and sell NFTs and digital assets. It was founded in January 2018 by Alex Atallah and Devin Finzer. Since then, OpenSea experienced a rapid, significant growth in NFT market. Many big names have used the platform to trade their digital art since then.
Besides digital arts, OpenSea is the home for many collectibles, game items, domain names, even digital representation of physical assets. It could be said that OpenSea is like eBay for NFTs including millions of assets categorized into hundreds of categories.
