The Mega Mutant Serum was purchased for 888ETH

BAYC never surprises us, and this time their Mega Mutant serum bought for 888.0 ETH or $3.6 million. Actually, their Mega Mutant Serum was given to the seller because of having a BAYC holder.

Therefore, this serum was brought by Taylor Gerring, one of the founders of the ETH Foundation, that is a non-profit technology that supports the blockchain. With that in mind, Taylor has even decided to perform a live broadcast featuring Mutant Reveal.

In its collection awards, BAYC released a brand-new NFT series in August. Yeah! We are talking about MAYC (Mutant Ape Yacht Club). These NFTs were given to all BAYC holders through airdrops of mutant serums. Easily, a BAYC holder can inject his Bored Ape with Mega Mutant Serum to produce a completely new Mutant Ape. Thus, all BAYC holders with mutant serum are also MAYC holders.

Essentially, these Mega Mutant Serum were offered in three levels: M1, M2 and M3. Where the Bored Ape is injected with M1 or M2, it has the characteristics of an initial gorilla. Whereas, M3 serum produces an Ape with more unusual features.

Presently, the MAYC Series has a floor price of 10.95 ETH with more than 145 ETH in trading volume. This series is available for public sale on OpenSea.
