Sorare, a football game based on the blockchain, reported yesterday that the well-known player’s cards of the year will be announced shortly. This ETH-based game integrates football, fantasy sports, and NFT tokens into a common collectable experience.
Simply, every Sorare card in your series is an NFT. The NFTs are available in four different types (Limited, Rare, Super Rare, and Unique).
Hence, to win weekly crypto-cash cash prizes, you can purchase, sell, trade, search, and manage a team of officially licensed digital player cards on the gaming platform.
So, there are a limited number of playing cards in the game. Due to the blockchain, all the cards have a unique identity. Simply put, when you have a card in your series, you will own it for good.
Every year, the gaming platform auctions 50 cards of the best player of the year. These cards are generally sold via an auction on their official website. There is a maximum of one player in each club. There are presently 30 football clubs on the platform.
Like last year, we can also expect 2-3 cards on Twitter shortly.
