Times Square Mall lunches metaverse shopping

The Times Square Shopping Mall in Hong Kong is stepping into the virtual world while announcing a similar metaverse location. In addition, the mall is working with Bunny Warriors and AiR metaverse, who have already built a version of Hong Kong online.

Times Square metaverse hopes to enhance foot traffic.

With the introduction of the Times Square Mall, this new collaboration will become the initial entry of a shopping mall into the AiR metaverse. This is the recent in a long line of AiR’s virtual world updates. The company’s goal is to join every part of life to the metaverse.

“By partnering with Times Square, we aim to offer buyers with the initial and an exclusive metaverse experience and show them that we are the most available and useful metaverse to the public,” stated Terence Chow, AirR CEO.

It is also hoped that this new metaverse collaboration will enhance the Times Square Mall’s foot traffic. This has been a challenging time for the whole retail industry.

In addition, numerous companies are searching ways to increase sales while social distancing laws and Covid regulations are still in place. One of the unique ways to have a shopping mall in the metaverse is where users can browse and purchase goods.

Ultimately, there is now a Times Square exhibition in the metaverse mall. This is a Bunny Warriors pop-up store where visitors can try out the well-known metaverse game. Besides, sixty Bunny Warriors NFTs are available for purchase in the virtual mall.
