Tokenproof wins where Twitter fails

Tokenproof wins where Twitter fails

NFT enthusiasts and investor @FonzGm has recently announced his new investment, Tokenproof. This is a wholly new program that enables NFT holders to verify ownership of NFTs and other assets while protecting them in the cold storage.
The last rise in interest in NFTs has caused several scams, and people are forging NFT ownership. Twitter lately released a new feature aimed at verifying NFT profile images. Nevertheless, scammers can simply right-click the same image, download it, and re-upload it to an NFT platform. After that, they can cut a similar NFT and use it as a profile photo.

In addition, Twitter uses OpenSea APIs, rather than cooperating directly with the Blockchain. Hence, if OpenSea fails, it will be very hard for Twitter to verify NFT profile images.

Tokenproof is safer. Tokenproof connects your ETH account to your mobile device. Once registered, you can verify ownership of NFTs and other assets.

There is the concept of token-gate as well, that are activities and gateway events associated with a specific NFT community. Authenticators can set their own rules for a token-gate – for instance; needing a Bored Ape or a Boss Beauties NFT. Later, users must use particular animated QR codes to enter tokenproof-enabled gates online and offline.
