UAE jobs: Apply now through the metaverse

UAE jobs Apply now through the metaverse

The first-ever Metaverse Training Academy will be opened by a Dubai recruiting company. Users will be able to attend training sessions held inside the Metaverse from anywhere in the world.

In line with the proposed Metaverse Strategy announced by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, to help create 40,000 jobs, Marc Ellis wants to be a leader in the recruitment industry by using the Metaverse’s resources to find and create the best talent.

The company’s goal is to build a Metaverse-enabled platform that will let organizations like multinational corporations (MNCs), small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), and private and government-based entities hire the best talent in the Metaverse.

Director Aws Ismail is wrong, says Marc Ellis. “As an organization we understand the business benefits that the Metaverse provides in the recruitment space, and we are interested in ensuring we explore all the tools available to us to help our clients and candidates find the best employees and jobs.”

Ismail th en talks about how the company would use the Metaverse’s strategic business potential and access to a large talent pool to help the Metaverse plan’s hiring needs, which will create jobs in the UAE.

“there are currently more than 400 million active metaverse global users, giving us a huge potential of candidate pool that isn’t easily accessible using traditional methods. Through the power of the Metaverse, recruiters will be more capable of contacting candidates as many users will shift themselves towards being based on a digital job hub.” Recruiters will be able to reach prospects more effectively thanks to the Metaverse’s strength, since many users will shift their attention to a digital employment center.

He talks about how people who want to work could fill out job descriptions in creative ways. “As a result, it will become more interactive and be posted online so that candidates can easily look at it and apply. It will also give them an idea of how well they might fit in with the business by giving them a taste of what it’s like to work there.”

Importantly, Metaverse technologies like blockchain will make it possible to store applicants’ resumes and information about their references, education, and talent portfolios in a safe way.

Ismail, who has been at the forefront of Metaverse development and its possible effects on the recruitment industry, says that Marc Ellis has already built a full, independent office space with the latest Metaverse technologies to start moving recruitment practices in the UAE into the digital space.

“In terms of how interviews work, they can be done successfully online by using VR and Metaverse-based office spaces where candidates can visit the office and interview with recruiters virtually,” he says. “Because there are no hiring limits or barriers, there will be more highly skilled people to choose from.”
